This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use kinetis.online, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. The short version: we set no cookies, run no analytics, use no advertising pixels and have no forms.

2. Server logs
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives technical information with each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, your browser's user-agent string and the referring page, if your browser sends one. The web server may write this to standard access logs. We use these logs only to operate and secure the site, for example to diagnose errors and defend against attacks. We do not use them to build profiles, combine them with other data or share them for marketing.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, after which logs are deleted or overwritten.
- Recipients: our hosting provider, acting as processor on our behalf.
3. Email
If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message so we can reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)), or steps you request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it for a legal claim.
4. What we do not do
- No cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB (see our cookie policy).
- No analytics, heatmaps, session recording or fingerprinting.
- No advertising or remarketing pixels, including no Microsoft UET tag.
- No embedded third-party content: fonts, images and scripts are all served from this domain.
- No forms, accounts or comments.
5. Partner links
When you click a button labelled "Partner link", your browser first opens a page on this site (/c/1/). That page forwards you to an affiliate network and then to Avast's website. If you arrived here from an ad, campaign parameters that were already in the address bar (such as utm_* or an ad click ID) are passed on in the link so the sale can be attributed. We do not store these parameters. Once you leave kinetis.online, the affiliate network and Avast process data under their own privacy and cookie policies. They act as independent controllers, and we have no control over that processing.
Ads that bring you to this site are served by advertising platforms such as Microsoft Advertising under their own policies. That processing happens on their services, before you reach us.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, email info@kinetis.online. Because we hold almost no data, we may need details, such as the approximate time of your visit, to find any log entries. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic that is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz). You can also complain to the authority in your own EU country.
7. Transfers outside the EU
We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA ourselves.
8. Automated decisions
We make no automated decisions or profiling that affect you.
9. Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly process children's data.
10. Changes
If our practices change, for example if we ever add analytics, we will update this policy and the cookie policy before the change takes effect, and ask for consent where the law requires it.
